  • BNVASS is a non-profit organization, and donations are made voluntarily to support our social and charitable activities.
  • All donations are final and non-refundable.
  • In case of an error in processing or duplicate transaction, donors can contact us within 7 working days at bnvasevasamity@yahoo.com or call 8906771854 / 9475682429.
  • After verification, if a refund is deemed valid, it will be processed within 10-15 working days through the original payment method.
  • Event/registration fees (if any) are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
